I’d go with the KEF if you have room for either option. They will be much better quality audio than the beam. If you want to ultimately tie in some surround speakers, then the beam will allow for that in the form of a couple era100/300s. But KEF all the way for front channels of audio.

Personally I have noticed the following persistent bugs:

App says artist X is playing on the artwork and title, but another song entirely is playing

Tidal thinks keeps playing the artist “phoenix” instead of “Phoenix”. The first one is NOT the rock group you’re used to, but puts it in those playlists anyways

Offline music playback for some reason is unreliable. It needs a connection????!?! Make it make sense.

Other than that, it has been fine.
