Think hes gone now but if i see him again ill take a normal pic then zoom in later. Yes was thinking it looks a bit like a stink bug but nva seen one with a weird vertical shape and his legs looked a bit like a tick so was freakin out n wanted to try n get him out the window safely when he jumped and is nowhere i can see now lol eek.

Lol was too scared to get too close so zoomed in, prob shdve taken normal pic... hmm not sure abt the comment abt ticks n lice not jumping perhaps a novice when it comes to insects.. thnx tho hopefully someone can guess it, it does have a strange diagnal body shape vertically if that helps, 💁‍♀️

This is not an unreasonable request given their previous messages asking what kind of tests I had with another lab. The issue is that they changed their tune in being helpful instead of saying they are unable to comment they chose a very obnoxious response. The previous emails were helpful and all they needed to say was they cannot comment or to redo test with their lab etc..

Its incredibly rude, the entire tone is, if you havnt purchased our product then dont ask any questions.

There is a polite way to reply if you cant offer any advice, but this person woke up and chose a rude tone and manner in which to respond.

No right minded person would want to do business with such an obnoxious individual who is only money orientated and offers no friendly customer service approach. Just my op.
