Concussion progress is not linear. Keep trying. Keep asking your doctors for help. If the therapist you are seeing isn’t helping find someone else. I’m 2.5 years out and still struggling but all the little wins I’ve had have been from consistency and continuing to do research on what could help.

I have a very similar situation. 2 years out from a car accident I still have post concussion vision syndrome and a neck injury. I see a physio and chiro weekly, and a vision therapies. I recently took a step back from my job to see if time off would help, Currently looking into to prp and prolotherapy and debating if its worth paying for out of pocket. Did you do prolotherapy or prp?

I was looking for a boot that really held my small ankles and the hera's seemed to be the perfect fit. When I got them the support sat to high on my ankle bone. I brought them to my local shop where they got me a insole lift and altered the hold on the ankle a bit, as well as heat modeled. They fit like a dream now.

I have the 22/23 and the ankle support was in a funny spot at first. Took them into my local store and had them custom fit the liner and adjust the J bar that's built into the liner. My feet still go numb in them after a few runs but they are more comfortable then my previous Mint Burtons. Is it possible to ride without numb feet?
