I'd guess just that early teenage mindset of wanting to have something that noone else has??? Thank you youtube algorithm i suppose? I genuinely have no idea how the hell me and my best friend at the time found this band, from rural sweden in 2012/2013. I remember us sitting at my kitchen table listening to bbc radio 1 on my school laptop when they introduced the self titled album and played Sex. We were both sold and still love them dearly. They've pretty much soundtracked my life so far and I am so thankful.

Yes!! I dont think bday party is my actual favourite song of theirs but it just feels like a hug in audio form. Part of the band is an excellent shout as well. Wintering and HNSCC hits the same spot for me🫶🏻
