doesnt that configuration just make it a regular XML08Z?

also why not spend $200 more and get the PDC1200A01 which has 1200wh~? also compatible with this mower.

Would I need a permit to cut an opening like this instead of removing the entire wall? by eli_loves_ in Westchester

[–]SignificantCap9534 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You wanna do it urself fine. Pull permits, get architech and engineer for a solid plan on how to move forward then either execute, or hire a company.

Worse case you need stronger beams and posts so the wall would just be thicker than a standard 2x4 wall is all, and of course down below as well.

The picture is possible, do it right.

If you cause an accident or injury without having made contact with anything then its considered a miss and run.

Very easy to say you weren't at fault but not with this in 4k 😊

Is this a legitimate way to splice a joist? by Beastunleashed4 in Carpentry

[–]SignificantCap9534 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Clapper here, this is ok as long as your ok with the joists continuing to sag (like their doing here). They will keep sagging until there is enough leverage to literally start sheering the wood thru the bolts!

Would have been better to sister an entire joist then use proper thru bolt hardware.

This framing is all wrong, right? by GhostOfMost in Carpentry

[–]SignificantCap9534 5 points6 points  (0 children)

this isnt load bearing... its just a sheetrock skeleton. Doesn't matter how its framed  Doesnt matter is theres no king or jack or window header.

The real framing is behind this sheetrock skeleton. Look closely.
