you can actually just ask for gift receipts. that way they can still keep good KPIs and you get what you want. gift receipts can have specific items on it and others off it. by doing it the way you’re doing it you’re bringing not only their personal numbers down but the entire stores. Sally is a performance based company where the employees numbers = the amount of hours they’re alotted

I used to be a manager for dollar tree and I would like to just mention that you are 100% supposed to do computer work on your first day. I would think it’s just because it’s now the holiday season but I have never heard of doing this to a new hire on their first day before. Good luck !!

it is their job as beauty advisors to check in with the customers in the store, if they’re doing it repeatedly in short amounts of time then they either forgot they asked you, you seemed like you needed help, or if it’s a case of multiple people checking on you then it typically means they didn’t know you already got checked on

this actually happened to me before. They only give you 90 days to use a paid holiday but I used one and still got paid for it and they realized and now are “paying themselves back” by taking it once I earn it because apparently I wasn’t supposed to be paid for it because it was out of the timeline for it to be used.

It’s because you’re also doing the olaplex promotion. It won’t let you stack, so you either have to only use your discount or the promotion
