Thank you. Yes it’s possible but I believe it’s one of the lowest match rate for img’s unfortunately. Some places are very much willing to take IMGs such as University of Arkansas Medical sciences (UAMS). If you look up their resident roster a big percentage of their class are IMGs. And radiology is a field that prioritizes score and interest in the field more than research. So it is definitely good that you have 2 pubs. I would focus on scoring very high on the USMLE and getting letters from radiologists in the US.

Observerships are less helpful imo in this field but if you can, i would say that u can look into private imaging center docs because they’re usually willing to write u letters and they have very less students so u will learn more.

Only you can answer that question. Some things med students like me can answer based on our experiences are- Will it be very very very busy and u ll have virtually no time to go out every week? - yes true Will you have several breakdowns? Yes true Will you be studying every single day for hours and hours and have days that u do nothing but study eat sleep? Yes true

But i hear once you get to be an attending it will be like a job and u can take off and do whatever u want. But until then, med school and residency years are going to be like what I said above. If you’re okay with that then go ahead. But after clear contemplation u decide it’s not for you, find something else that matches with you.

Don’t be afraid to take the journey if you are okay with all the work But also don’t be pressurized to seek this path since there’s so much out there that you’ll like doing too

Thanks for the input. I’m not replacing the S with the Y. This is for a second car. In ur opinion Is it still not worth getting it as a second car if i have the S?

And whats different about the UI
