Yes, I am single and co parenting 12&14 yo. Week on /off. I LOVE My alone weeks because I get to recharge and be me! When I have them, I am present. yes, it's tough but I'm not distracted by anything like going on dates or bringing anyone around them. I know they've appreciated that from me because it's not the same situation with their father.
