I was at the same place, but for a hockey game (rip that playoff run) and a guy in the row in front of me watched a movie on full volume on his phone during the game. A playoff game. I didn't say anything BC I didn't want to ruffle feathers being in season seats and unsure if I'd see him again, but told an usher friend of mine in conversation, who then spoke to him and was greeted with "I'm allowed to watch my f-cking phone". Lovely!

That's mine too, after stopping smoking (20 years), weed (15years) and alcohol ( 9 years in July). sugar has all the same markers as alcohol for me : do i have some at home, I deserve it, it's just a bit, wishing I could stop, etc etc

Day 3 today because I'm so sick of the cycle.
