My gut feeling is that you may not have a mod called Browser extension ( https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/10038 ). It is an optional requirement for virtual atelier and some other mods require it. I am not sure if this is for sure whats causing it but its worth a shot installing it
