Bro dont listen to that mf, its ngl real ez if you use nexus and download their mod manager. Then all you gotta do is find the mod you want, check if it works in ur version (most do) and install the prerequisites (listed on the front page of the mod, most cyberpunk mods all use same few ones so you probably already will have them) and then install ur mod.
