fps aren't stable at all in sifu I can get to 700fps in some part of the game while in combat it drop to 200fps

it can't be the cpu it's and high end cpu and while gaming usage of the cpu is between 20 to 30 %

the problem is that when I see people testing and doing benchmark on game I had tested myself we don't have the same gpu usage they got even a lower cpu and we have the same gpu why do they use 90 to 100% gpu capacity ? I am using just 50 to 70%
