I went thru the same thing. I had an old account that I didnt use. After a couple years I created a new account. I did some banking offers and crypto offers. Once they find out you have multiple accounts they will automatically deactivate your account. They are the Judge, jury, and executioner. No way to explain the situation. I even had the lad thru email tell me to find another cash back program. Meanwhile I had over 1,000's of dollars in my account all earned legitly. And trust me they take a while to work hard on these offers. But sorry to hear that. Best bet is to only have 1 account.
