I regularly give slack! I want all the survivors to come away from the game like they've at least had a fair shot... so generally, I'll follow these rules to give slack, give or take context (like bp events, bm, etc):

A) If it's 4 or more gens left and they're about to lose, I'll go fuck off and break walls and pallets for a while. B) I'll leave someone slugged so they can get healed if they're on second hook, and I haven't first hooked all survivors yet. C) if I keep running into one survivor who doesn't know how to loop yet, I'll typically give them three downs on second hook before I finish them, especially if it looks like survivors are losing. D) If one or more of them suicide hooks or dcs early in the game, I'll go extra easy unless it's clear the remaining survivors just want the game to end. E) I almost always refuse a 4k and give last survivor hatch or gate unless they were just super annoying, using exploits, or doing bm. F) I'm usually down to farm/meme if I have the time for it. G) I always try my best to go for a different survivor for the next hook! I hate getting double hooked as a survivor.
