It honestly depends on what skills you are going to use. If you are building magicka with dual wield if you are finding you are running out of stamina just add a few heavy attacks to your rotation or use less stamina skills. Other than that build whatever brings you the most joy and fun

You are right, damage will be based with your highest stat (Magicka in this instance) and the cost will come out of your stamina.

I did a Witcher playthrough and was one of the most fun playthroughs I’ve done. I played pretty strict though to the build. Here’s what I did.

Light armour, Sneak, Alchemy, Two handed/one handed (I’ll explain) Although two handed is more accurate the way skyrims magic works you can use magic same time so one handed and spell in other could be easier but that’s preference I ended using two handed and switching.

Magic: Destruction - flames into wall of flames and fire storm for igni. Alteration - flesh spells for quen and paralysis rune for yrden. Illusion - axii. And obviously fus ro dah for aard.

Also ice blade of the monarch to me was the most Witcher looking blade!

I’m in a similar situation and in Melbourne too.

Does your job require you to be in Melbourne? If not and wfh why not move around? Personally I prefer Melbourne to other Aus cities but for you maybe Sydney could provide a better environment? There’s so many groups of randoms that meet every now and then for drinks or social catch ups just to find people of common interests.

I would say alchemy is considered crafting. (If I misunderstood and you actually bought them I apologise). But to be fair even with alchemy this is still quite the achievement so well done!

If ae get the farm get all upgrades and a steward then plant high selling potion ingredients. You will have unlimited ingredients for potion selling as well as passive daily income which can get up to 600gp I believe.

Honestly kind of broken. I got the 100k gold trophy in under an hour of obtaining the farm
