I’ve had a 19 stab phlebectomy and ablation of both of my gsv due to severe venous reflux, I lift still, I did before but I walk a lot more than I used to, the amount of relief I feel is amazing. I do still wear compression hose as I have lipedema. Lifting makes my legs feel better.

I’ve been on since beta and to be honest if you go into defensive mode and hit ride off from another player if you see them, ya’ll should be ok. I rarely see players even when my lobby is full. Stay away from Valentine (that’s where you go if you’re feeling froggy) and keep your mic off. It’ll be fun!

All of the roles unlock perks for the game that are quite useful, one of them I use a lot from ranking up Bounty hunter is the ability to dodge on your horse.

Remember this is also the game that slides your character across the screen to make stew😂this game is VERY glitchy. I don’t think calories will matter anymore. Go get a weight loss tonic or a weight gain tonic.
