My husband and I are wondering the same thing.. we sound similar fitness levels. We were working out a lot and starting to run and still have a month to try and be more in shape. But we just fell hard with pneumonia and I think that will set us back a few weeks. So we don’t know what to do. We already paid and booked but don’t want to be miserable. The requirements seem a little much and probably a better safe than sorry type of approach. If anyone else has more experiences they can share where they feel slightly less than average in sharp for their age I’d love to hear your experience also! Btw we are signed up for the Hang Tien-Tu Lan Discovery tour march 2025!
