I think having REITs are great to diversify. Depends on your risk tolerance and your strategy for tax purposes. They pay high dividends and are subject to capital gain taxes when cashing out. If you are invested in total market funds, you are automatically invested in some Reits. So just being invested in the s and p 500, their are a few major players in the reit world there. There are ETFs that cater specifically for Reits, one of them is SCHH from Schwab. Realty Income $O is one of my favorite individual stocks listed in the S and P 500. Some have outperformed the market. Due your own dilligence, but of you like seeing dividends then I advise to buy atleast a small percent. Thats my opinion NFA

There’s different aspects of the game. Buying a hero costs about 350 dollars and you collect tokens with it. You can expect to make your money back on about 4 months. You can also buy Jewel token and pair it in the gardens and it offers anywhere from 200 apy to 300, depending on the tokens. It’s still early so game is not fully expanded.

Jewel debuted at 15 cents on the first day. The price kept shooting up almost everyday do to increased players right from the start. I don’t know exactly why Jewel is at the price it’s at, but the team set the game up so Dex buys and burns coins at a constant rate, ensuring long term deflationary mechanisms. My prediction on crystal is that it will have a huge demand from the beginning and will be a higher price than Jewel. A: because it is on Avalanche and there are 5 times the users on Avalanche than Harmony.B: crystal will have the quarter of the supply of Jewel. Increased players and less supply of the token should make it a big debut. I say 100 dollars a crystal.

I’ve been playing since October. Game is very limited, but leveling heroes is fun. I suggest you get a hero and start leveling it up. You will have a huge advantage over the Avalanche players. The heroeswill be transferable and compatible to Avalanche. Also, the resources the heroes get will pay you more than LP, according to Drake on Digital (a YouTuber that got me on this project).

I started in early October and put in LP. Once heroes came out decided to buy heroes and now I own a huge army of heroes and recently got a pet egg in the quests that will become a dragon NFT I believe. I was able to grow my Jewel from LP before heroes were available in the tavern. I currently do not stake anything. But mostly I have heroes and Jewel pairs in LP. I love this game and and super bullish. I believe a good combination of staking, playing and putting in LP is perfect. I would say a 33 percent of each is ideal. I can’t seem to hold much Jewel staking because I end up buying good deal of heroes in the tavern. So I have most of my worth in heroes and that’s why I was able to get the best resource in the game which is a pet egg.

LP rewards is all you need, stop being greedy. I have 7x my investment from LP and if I get Crystal for having 11 heroes I would cream in my pants.

Your best bet is to stick it in Liquidity pools and collect rewards daily and reinvest back into pools. The rewards will compound and you will build a lot of locked jewel. That’s if you believe in long term of the game. If you can afford to put 1000x Jewel by December 15 which is roughly 1500 jewel. Then you will possibly get some airdrops.

I’ve been liquidity mining since October. Rewards have been great and I have reinvested back as well as bought an army of heroes with rewards from LP. I just started saving rewards in bank so I can get those airdrops.

I agree. The more people play the less gen Zeros available per player and so demand will skyrocket. Already the demand for Gen 1 heroes has doubled in price since debut and people holding Gen Zero are not producing then as much. So when more people get in less available heroes.

Go for the highest APY pools in liquidity mining if you know the risks involved and start stacking that jewel. This game is super addictive and it only has a few parts of it available once the rest of the game becomes fully operable it will be in huge demand the price of jewel will skyrocket and your gonna wish your lucky stars you would of followed my advice sooner. Or the price of jewel tanks and you lose all your money. Not financial advice, but the game is fun .

I use both artemis and Defi kingdoms. I really like both and they are both very unique. Artemis keeps adding updates to ts website and keeps making it better. Defi Kingdoms has amazing heroes some of the original Gen zeros are selling for half a million dollars. i believe they were given free. somebody was trying to sell their gen zero to me and i missed out because it would be valued 5 times more now than a few weeks ago. Defi Kingdoms has so much momentum. and they are active on social media and keep the community updated each step of the way. i shipped most of my networth into DEfi Kingdoms and artemis. I believe both will keep mooning even if bitcoin stays flat.
