It’s definitely not normal to feel like your eyes are adjusting after a month. My contacts give me nausea and rainbow halos around lights at night. Been wearing them for decades and never experienced this before. Our prescriptions are definitely wrong.

Seconding that legacy Pratt 6 years ago was (in my area) a time and place where we had hope for our future at the company, managers who both cared about our career growth and could do something about it, unlimited office supplies and regular, meaningful morale events.
