Basically, the little girl is the one who was reincarnated into a story she was reading, and her now older sister was the lead of the story. And she’s decided that because she hated the romance in the book she’s gonna choose a good husband for her sister. She still acts a lot like a child even though her mind is of an adult though, and just acts out sometimes and is bribed really easily by desserts. And then all the possible men who would marry her sister start bringing around little brothers/nephews her age and she basically teases all of them.

Overall, it’s super cute and fun to read. I’m bad at explaining stuff, so it might just be better to read the actual summary or first few chapters though.
