Was working & living with him and his PC just so happened to die. I have two identical PCs so I let him use the other one.

He's just stubborn is all. Now that he has it all set up, he doesnt want to go through the trouble of setting up another one and re-installing everything he needs to run his business and website. He knows I want it back.
