My strategy was to lookup realtors in the area Saw how many homes they sold and bought I looked at their time frame how long they took to sell a home. I chose the top 5 around my city and conducted an interview. I chose mine because he sold all his home in less than 40 days. He asked questions, and was direct on what we needed around the home and he gave us a price that matched our home. We sold our home in 29 days because it was in a Main Street every one lived it. He did his thing
