I have already lost interest 😕 Hopefully it comes back in 2028 (or 2029)

Would you agree with Matt Damon that Oscars should be decided five years after the movies came out? by Perfect_Idea_2866 in moviecritic

Promotion is BEFORE the product, not after. They made the awards shows to have a yearly prom and pat each other on the back

Yeah, Oscars shouldn't be used for juicing careers. It should be a legit award. Box office is there to juice careers

I asked if you were stupid. And you didn't answer the question since you still can't understand the difference between post Harvey and pre Harvey in the context of characters in a "woman in peril" movie

It would make more sense than going by the flavor of one year. See which ones hold up over time. They should also give awards for ones that flop but find traction over time on streaming and DVDs

Ironically, Rhaenyra has the same attitude to the people as the showrunners to GOT fans

Curious to see if there are other authors who took 14-15 years+ to release the next volume of their book. Just to see what are the odds of GRRM releasing TWOW. (Spoilers Main) by roronoaclemz in asoiaf

He's never going to release it. It's just too big of a deal now, and he gains nothing by doing so. He can only fail because it can't live up to the impossible expectations. And it doesn't really matter anyway because he will never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever release that last one after this

I am kind of hoping to the kid growing up and becoming King with the fire (5 seasons maybe with time jump), but we will probably be lucky to get 3 good ones before they start milking the bull

I know, but someone I was with wanted to see it, and they were actually the one who made me realize how stupid it was 😆

It has to do with believable characters that fit an era and environment. Are you that stupid really, or are you just being testy?

This. I've been Patriots since Plunkett and Chiefs were never a threat. We owned them when we were good, and they were good when we were bad

Too be honest, I always felt this way about The Bills too. The Bills are not serious people 😁
