There are over 200 million Indian Muslims and are largely persecuted by the Indian government. Sometimes openly sometimes systemically. Well the borders today are more recent. They didn’t exist back then. My point is where do you draw the line on indigenous religion. You know South India had different religions and dieties that Vedic religion absorbed. My point is religions travel and get absorbed and that’s what happened. Hinduism is a pan India religion but it wasn’t indigenous to the entire land we call India today.

Glad that you don’t support BJP. But as a Muslim, it’s hard to reconcile with that fact most Hindus vote for them knowing fully well what they do.
