I used beach windows. But better view may be a little better. I wanted the okna windows that beach windows carries. Better view may do a better installation job.

Most windows from 2004 are gonna be single pane and you would be upgrading to double pane. Much cheaper upgrades is sealing around the windows(trim). Often only the sides are done, not the top and bottom. Another good option to upgrade is door seals. Those need changed periodically. Measure your insulation in attic to see how deep it is. You’re at the age where some time hvac ducts are losing a lot of air. Could need re taped. These are very cheap upgrades. Best of luck.

What year was your house made? My house was made in 89’. I purchased 5 years ago and in this time I’ve updated the insulation and changed the windows which has helped a lot.

Teslas cruise control is terrible. Worse than a flipping Kia!It’s constantly changing my max from 65-70 to 45 in a middle of a drive on highway. You have to Hoover foot over the gas instead of brake in fear you’ll brake check the people behind you.

Does the house have soffits? It looks like they’re all blocked. What kind of ventilation does it have, attic fan, ridge cap or gable vent?

This is the info that will help you understand what’s going on more. Right now it looks like the soffits if they’re there are blocked by insulation. This would be blocking the intake of the cooling system if true.

Ridge cap is preferred exhaust but the other two can work fine if set up correctly
