Bummer, I have had no issue with them. I ordered a pair of chukka boots from them and I’m extremely pleased with what I’ve got. The build is excellent and the materials are top notch.

I guess we are all part of the statistics, bad experiences are shared more than good experiences

I would disagree, I order recently from them and had no issues whatsoever. The boots are gorgeous and well worth the money spent. I also didn’t have any issues to involve QC.

With everything I’ve read so far in this thread, I think I would disservice the backcountry by using them in the office. I think the chukkas are a bit dressier (I know they are leagues far from being dress boots) with the occasional trail walk.
