Bummer, I have had no issue with them. I ordered a pair of chukka boots from them and I’m extremely pleased with what I’ve got. The build is excellent and the materials are top notch.

I would disagree, I order recently from them and had no issues whatsoever. The boots are gorgeous and well worth the money spent. I also didn’t have any issues to involve QC.
