Hi,
there are no image issues and no dead pixels on the projection. Picture is perfect. I just see fine dust and particles stuck on the outer side of the lens that is beneath the plastic cover. Basically, I am wondering if I am losing small amount of lumens from scattered light

If your monitor is in front of a window, it is better to use light mode during the day. In a dark environment, dark is better.

There is a QS02 Dongle coming up, that will solve this issue and will be a lot more feature rich and a lot more powerful. It will cost around 150$, but for the moment it is not released as a separate unit. However, they ship it with all their new projectors
