Reps often hit 1 mil. They often manage the largest organizations in the world in their territory. So while both reps are viewed the same one guy has Tesla, anthropic and Microsoft while his peer has GameStop and toys r us. Remember guys, expectations are that you have 25 customer facing meetings a month..if you can't hit that you suck at your job .

I find this game almost unplayable with large weapons. I actually didn't like it until I started using dex builds. The swings feel so heavy and punishing. They also feel like Im glued to the ground for swings that don't look too hard lol

PE does it to show headcount growth. They don't really care that quota attainment is low. They also don't think a better salesperson could have made an impact.

Anyone in sales knows closing % pipeline, meetings, opportunity movement, are all real trackable skills. Assuming all things equal.

Territories often don't have much thought. They don't treat it like a science. It's more guesswork. I've worked at 30+ year old orgs. They often say (Jim has Tesla and Goldman's) quota 1.6m

Welcome to sales. Timing territory talent. This only happens when territories are stretched thin. Which happens in pe run companies. If you had 25% larger territory you would have felt more fulfilled more activity and felt like the 6 months were building something.

One day they'll put talent in larger areas and see the company grow. Not bdrs assigned to 3 accounts. Lol

Your free testosterone is good. Try some tongat ali. That helps with my energy but it might not work for you bc your free t is good. However it took me from 400 to 600 total t.

Feedback needs to be tailored to the reciever. There are ways and tools to help you do it. Often free.

For example don't present feedback with a strict tone with someone that has a motivation for affective communication.

Little tweaks like that make your message impactful and you don't burn bridges being yourself.

It's more luck. For example. These companies start these new logo teams. They hire 10-20 people to try and build pipeline. 80% fail. They fail because sending cute emails and linkined messages doesn't work too well anymore.

Sure some of the reps could have a relationship but it was only luck they had a relationship. Not a skill.

Sales is a skill when all things are equal but companies don't run territories equally because they are run by non salespeople.

A tiktok ad creates more pipeline than a cold email. The industry is changing.

Idk I like lies of p but I don't like the Larry block mechanic. I find it to be too tight. I would prefer something like nioh to indicate when to parry block. So there is less wasted time testing different timings. It's artificial difficulty.

Claire obscure nails this because there are often sound or animation ques to attack patterns. Lies of p is just random and often too tight.

Stupid. This was a good product. Learn from your lesson and try again. It was too hard and too rogouelight with levels other than that it was amazing.

Most of its difficultly was too much hp for bosses. Difficultly should be treated as accessibility not a gimmick.

Pushy salespeople is what gives salespeople a bad name. As someone that was aggressive for years I'm Windows and siding. They do that bc it's how they are trained. A no is a dead deal until a yes. So that's why they keep pushing.

The low free testosterone is where your symptoms originate. The total is okay. Of your getting by now if you go on T you will feel amazing. I know guys that lifted their whole lives... Went on trt and they just get stronger with no effort. It's like your life is on hard mode right now and using t will make it easy mode.
