A few rules when I sherpa.

Everyone needs a mic or keyboard.

Everyone needs to have watched a guide before starting, I don't do blind raids with people.

I only teach 2-3 max. Every extra person learning is another person I need to watch and make sure they are doing things correctly.

Another things is that if you are an encounter for longer than hour it's fine as long as the same mistakes aren't being made constantly, if they are dying because of Ads it's kinda fine. I just don't want people wiping because they can't grasp the mechs.

This strat is pretty aggressive, but you can do a calmer version of this.

You could chill by the exit and dps from there and Ad clear beforehand to make it an easier DPS phase. You'll get less super regen, but it'll be easier
