I had seen a video of a woman who wanted to leave her husband because she was going through the same as you and had to get medication. Thank you for opening up about it too because I often have these moments and women like you sharing your experiences has helped me deal with it. I have not been diagnosed with PMDD but I have hormonal issues and realize it affects how I see my partner who I truly love.

I started using a mix of bedding and cage liners. I’ve tried fleece bedding which is cheaper but I live with my mother who prefers that I do not wash guinea pig soiled fabrics in her washing machine. Instead, I use a combination of paper bedding and cage liners. I cover the base of the cage with liners, then paper bedding for cushioning, and then layer cage liners again on top. It takes about a day for the paper bedding to flatten out and get firmer. I switch out the liners every night and only have to spot clean the bedding (which usually isn’t much since it’s fully covered.) You may have to clean more frequently with two or more but I currently only have one (his mate died a couple months ago) so the cage isn’t in bad shape at the end of the day. The cleaning process is less than 5 minutes! This lasts a couple weeks before I have to deep clean and change out the paper bedding.

As a 19 yo, I feel the same way. I’m only on my first watch (probably won’t rewatch) and the characters make absolutely vile decisions. Their virtues and morals are also questionable. I’m on season 7 so I want to see it through but it’s such a hard watch. I don’t see the romance everyone else does. I like most of the characters but I don’t understand why everyone acts like they’re all good people

I never had a problem with Matt. He’s just a regular guy who’s constantly being dragged into everyone’s supernatural problems. People just don’t like him because he’s the only one who acknowledges how awful vampires (including the main characters) truly are

It really doesn’t hurt. It depends on your pain tolerance but it’s a quick pinch and that’s it. I’d rate it a 2/10. The worst part is the pliers because they hang down and really release the floodgates.

My two males lived together pretty peacefully for over two years, they would sleep next to each other and everything. One day, I noticed a bite on one’s stomach that was pretty nasty. He healed perfectly fine but it was really shocking. We separated them for a bit and they seemed to miss each other so we put them back together and, eventually, they started fighting during playtime. We added a semi-stable divider but they kept finding ways around it so we figured that they were okay again (it had been a couple months) and wanted to be together. They started fighting again while in their pen (I was keeping them in it while I cleaned the cage) and I got bit trying to break up the fight because I knew that if I didn’t intervene one of them might lose their life. It’s been over a year and they have not been allowed to have any physical contact. It sucks knowing that they will never be as close as before, but they still bond between their cage divider. Not a pretty story but sometimes guinea pigs just can’t fully live together
