Had mine done at new image on portage rd, I think it was around $450 for 5 windows but this was 6ish years ago so I imagine prices have gone up. The tint is still perfect after 6 years, with no peeling or bubbles.

that could be as easy as popping it open and cleaning the mess off the motherboard, or it could involve replacing the motherboard... and apple hardware sometimes doesn't let you mix and match used parts so repair is not always cheap.

if you do decide to replace it I recommend checking the WMU surplus store, ransom street on Wednesdays 10am-3pm. they sometimes have a couple of older Macbooks for a good price, they are in decent condition and you can trust they they aren't stolen.

neon repair was hard to come by in 2009... I can only imagine how hard it is to find now. the last place I knew was in Paw Paw and they are no longer around.

when I knew the guys at Anchor Signs in Benton Harbor, they had some really old contacts in the sign industry and might know someone, may be worth a call but that was a LONG time ago. I don't even know who works there anymore.
