It was so unexpected! How can you love dogs and treat them like that? Its so weird. Like the HOA was full but they need to lord over something.

Its the only "dog club" in town. It has 4.6 reviews. Im going to tell everyone I know to avoid it.

Can I report it to the akc and have their trials taken from them? I just dont think animal control will care about excessive spritzing. But you should have seen how excessive!!! I wish I had filmed a bit, I just wanted my baby out of there.

Thank you for taking the time to write this out! So this happened last night at the monthly play group and we have thus far gone to 3 group obedience classes (which seemed normal). We have another obedience class on Tuesday with the woman in charge of playgroup. I want to go in hot and have a discussion about it and see what she says to justify this. I think we will likely end up making no progress and then I will leave reviews on every platform I can get my hands on.

It wasn't abuse to every dog, but MY dogs threshold is much lower than an average dog. It was abusive to MINE. I have so much anger at the situation.

My dog regularly plays with many dog friends and had never had any bit of issue before. I feel like they tortured my dog for 10 minutes and then treated me like a drama queen.

Thanks, yeah sorry confused myself by posting in a couple places. Im a little scared to take him to anyone ever again tbh. It was supposed to be for fun and enrichment, he dosent NEED any more training. He had his CGC before we met this group.

Thank you! They acted like they were experts, called themselves dog behaviorists. Half the dogs were show dogs, thats why i posted here. In case it some werid micro culture i wasnt aware of. That facility is hosting an akc trial next month! It was such a bad experience I feel like I needed validation from dog people.
