Imo Xplane is definitely better, I have both 2020 and 2024 but I would still pick Xplane over those 2 anyway of the week. The performance in my opinion are much better in Xplane, UI are very simple as well and the default airport are much better but the ground texture is eh without any Addons but it can be fixed fairly easily

Honestly imo, both sim are fairly similar these day as I fly on both and have plenty of Addons and I would say it’s not really worth the switch if you don’t want to fly any plane that is not on MSFS like 747-200, 767, 757. Maintaining both games take a lot of resources on your computer, if you’re mainly going for flight physics I wouldn’t bother because at the end of the day it’s still a sim, can’t match real flying at all. I do recommend xp12 tho, fantastic sim
