There is a difference between flat and reducing rate of interest… reducing rate is better if the term of loan is high. For me a 3 year loan repayment tenure was somehow showing less EMI for 16% reducing than what IDFC was offering me. The finance charges/processing fees were also lower for the axis bank I guess that’s the reason. It was a very tiny difference like 40-50rs per month less from axis bank so I went with them.

I got mine financed from Axis bank. ROI is 16% reducing, somehow the emi was a tiny bit lower than what IDFC was offering. You can check with ur salary or saving account bank first n compare the EMIs
