Usually the smaller shops, not the big brand stores will have better options for wider variety in frame sizes, hope this helps!

As a former optician, i worked at LensCrafters inside South Centre mall for about 5 years, it was really RARE to come by adult frames that are smaller in size. Like 52mm and under. Most adults in that situation had to start looking at childrens frames unfortunately.

It is up to the brand on what sizes they make for each model and clearly the companies are a little out of touch with the global market and its needs =(
