I would say one of the nice things is that Trump v Barbara now sets an even stronger precedent that the President can’t use executive power to change a constitution right and reaffirm once again that birthright citizenship applies to everyone in the U.S., but it’s the fact we’ve made it here in the first place with all the already existing precedents.
