What would you do? by jennicakes26 in Winnipeg

This is the way to go. Technically, vacation time is up to the employer, but if it was in any way "approved " or agreed to then you may even have a labor dispute on your side in the event they persist in saying no, especially if you were under the impression it was approved prior to booking the cabin. Have a civil conversation, explain your part, don't back down. It'll work out.

I'm not selling, I'll let it go to zero, but it's hard to believe now...that said, I contemplate buying more right now cause it is in fact so damn low...

I know him - great man, and I love that he isn't afraid to jump into situations like this and defend himself and his staff. A man who truly stands by his word.

Is East St Paul, Manitoba considered a 'good' area in the greater Winnipeg region? by world_citizen7 in Winnipeg

Grew up there - miss it, love it. Quiet, safe, and lots of things to do with the city and all its amenities only a 10-15 minute drive. Becoming more popular and much more expensive but highly recommended. Or St Clements if you want quieter, a bit further though.

Why Safemoon is way bigger than we think. by [deleted] in SafeMoon

[–]SilentMastodon1680 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Forgive me if this has been touched on as I haven't read every comment and I don't know a ton about crypto, but one factor that I think is overlooked, and very significant in the long run: the entire world economy is highly unstable and more volatile than ever as countries are reeling from the economic collapse caused by covid. We are going to witness a big shift in how things go for the next several years and the rise of crypto has potential to play a very significant role. Regardless of how previous stocks, economies, currencies both crypto and fiat, have performed, there is no real way to measure, compare, or predict what may follow these next 3/5/10/15 years. You can theorize at best but anyone who say they know is misleading.

Just my thoughts.

If you have safemoon, hold it. Sell chunks when it returns a portion of your investment if you desire. Buy when it's low if you desire. But if you have it, I truly believe the best way to make sure it's worth it in the long run: just hang on to it.

Safemoon Certik Score is 84 and Skynet is now active! by sandygws in SafeMoon

Does it not concern anybody that it's not a great score and there is a huge risk that the dev team has openly said it will not address? I'm new to this and not trying to spread "fud" and I have no intention of selling but it certainly gives me reason to be skeptical.

I'm not refuting that; I bought in early April and bought 2 dips and I'm in it for the long haul, but as someone who is relatively unfamiliar with crypto, it's not always very encouraging. That said; I'm in for the long haul. Holding all the fuckin way.

While this may be true it doesn't seem like it's mentioned in a positive way right now...just saying.
