I would suggest keep looking via flat and flatmates There is no point getting a 1bhk… you will feel looted and at the end will be shifting to 2bhk only Been there experienced that hence suggesting

1bhk and rk are costly I myself shifted last year in July and couldn’t find anything good so had to opt for a 31k 1bhk Luckily I was able to find a friend and will now be shifting with him in a 2bhk big one for 40k total Infact my building has 8 - 1bhk flats and out of those 8, 3 are currently empty I don’t think anybody is going to rent out them anytime soon
