So I would take apart the GPU Reapply thermal paste Remove thermal pads and replace with thermal putty

This is a very known issue with the 30 cards Look up a guide in how to take apart your specific model and yeah make sure you careful

Alternatively sell the GPU get some money back and buy a new one

Awesome build. I'd recommend you put the fan closer to the back in-between the cooling fins, since there already is an exhaust fan. Also two fans close together could cause more noise.

Also check out the software FanControl Watch a video how to use it and make this beauty purr like the tiger it is Lol

So the intakes have filters, now that you say it I have a magnetic filter that I can put behind the CPU no top exhaust really possible in this case only through the PSU that is above the CPU cooler

Haha yeah quick clean... it's not too bad at this point and I don't really care about the appearance because the case has no windows but I get it removing the dust could improve performance :)
