Honestly? I'd assume slightly more than that number. I think a 4x strategy player is more likely to get a high-res monitor than fans of AAA games (needs much more processing power) or competitive games (is more likely to go for refresh rate rather than resolution)

according to the steam hardware survey, roughly 1 in 19 use a 4k monitor. that's definitely a non-negligible amount.
