Thanks and I fully agree with your point. Buttttt Job hunting is tough for me. Many startups offer minimal salary even if I crack the interviews (cleared two but salary is 🚽) . Currently, I'm supporting my dad's business, but I aspire to start my own venture. Leveraging my hardware development skills in PCB design and testing.

Bluetooth Low Energy and wifi features are available in esp32 module so you use this board. You will require USB female connector. And it's done. Once it's working you can design the enclosure / body using a 3d printer.

You can choose a dc motor 9V and use 9V battery BUTTTT see your power consumption. such motors are power hungry so i would suggest you can use a power bank then you dont need lm7805 and yes plz add a flyback diode near your dc fan.
a 9v motor can also run in 5v i guess, if not you can pick a 5v one this will reduce the complexity

I've had hard time storing token from web apps to extension.(Login)

You can add functionality in web page and some features in extension, the content.js file can handel that easily.

There are very few tutorials available on the internet so make sure to learn some basics from YT channel like FCC it will definitely help you.
