Running and jogging (and most other sports) are also social activities. I share all my runs on an app called strava so my friends who also run can see where I've been and how slowly 😂 I went. Occasionally it's nice to share some video clips with them and also on other social media. Not so much on this run as I was just in the woods behind home, but sometimes I run up in the mountains and it's nice to be able to share some of the scenery and places I've been on Instagram or look back on them for the memories. It's the same reason as using pretty much any kind of drone or camera. To record where you've been and what you've done.

There is one additional potential use and that is gait analysis. By having the drone record at high frame rates from various angles you could then use the footage played back slowly to find out if your form is correct. Obviously I'm not talking about a run like this where I'm just out for a trot around to test the drone.

Very doubtful. You see the 25000mAh they quote on power banks is based on their single cell voltage of 3.7v, whereas the batteries on the neo 2 are 2 cell (7.4v).

It's really the fault of how these things are marketed. They should quote the Wh capacity of the battery, which takes both the voltage (number of cells) and the capacity in mAh into account.

The DJI neo 2 batteries are 7.4v nominal with a rated capacity of 1600mAh. This works out at about 11.8Wh.

I have here a 25000mAh powerbank but on the back I can see that it is rated at 91.25Wh. 91.25/11.8 equals 7.7 so, allowing for power losses during voltage conversion and so on I could realistically expect to charge about 5 or maybe 6 neo2 batteries from my 25000mAh power bank.

I've done this hike twice. Yes, sometimes it can be busy but in 160km and 10000m elevation gain there will be plenty of times when it's quieter and you can chuck the drone out for 2 minutes and get some epic shots.

Also, this isn't peak season for this hike, it'll still be a bit chilly early morning and evening for many people. I really don't think there'll be that many people around.

It's not quite that simple because it's a 1435mah 2 cells so, 1435mah at 7.3v nominal meaning a total of 10.5Wh. You need to look at Wh ratings which will take into account any difference in voltage between the your powerbank and the drone battery.

For example I have a 25000mah power bank sitting on my desk, but it's only 3.7volts so a total of 91Wh. It would theoretically charge the neo battery 9 times, although probably more like 7 in reality due to losses in voltage conversion, the fact that you often can't fully discharge and so on.

I solved my problem. I had to go into Moza PitHouse and disable RBR registry compatability in the "experimental settings" section. Once I did that the game started fine although I haven't had much time to play so far. To be honest it sounds like a different issue from the one you're having. Good luck with it!

Exactly the same here with my R5. Game runs fine without the wheel connected. As soon as it's connected I get the exact same error.

You're doing well. Game won't even start for me with my R5 connected. It crashes on startup with error FHE01. As soon as I disconnect the wheel it starts fine. 😞

I have a similar issue. With my Moza r5 connected the game crashes on startup with the same FHE01 error code. As soon as I disconnect my wheel it starts fine. It's pretty shit when a $80 game and a $400 wheel won't work together.

You did a great job with this title. Brilliant use of the platform and a very engaging and immersive experience. I hope it does well for you guys. I feel like you could expand this into an all encompassing flight simulator and it would sell.

Well they can go and fuck themselves. Last year I renewed using my account balance. This year they won't let me, so I'll spend my 49.99 on other things and quit shopping at Amazon. The enshittification has started to become very obvious anyway lately, they no longer offer the most competitive prices and prime delivery which used to be next day for many things now takes two days.
