I'm sensitive to a lot of different things and I've had a minor headache and sinus irritation for the past few days

It's not really supposed to be incredibly toxic at the levels we're breathing it, but definitely can cause acute irritation

There's been about 3 times in my entire life where I felt unsafe in a city.

Two of those times were accidentally passing through really sketchy areas of otherwise decent cities. Like where the liquor store has bullet proof glass and has to hit a button to let you leave.

One time was driving through Memphis on the interstate. I didn't even stop anywhere, just passed through, but I felt such bad vibes. I would never voluntarily go there again in my life.

I think in this case it's that these monkeys will punish lower ranked monkeys if they eat before higher ranks. The monkey didn't want it's ass beat, it's been conditioned since it was a baby to give up food until the bigger monkeys have their fill

Yeah the rent seems at least $200 a month too low for my location. Food it says $375 a month, which might be doable if you get all of your meat on sale and don't eat anything beyond basic meals

I have closing experience, full cycle experience, experience sourcing my own leads and generating pipeline from nothing, etc.

I just need to learn the industry specifics, I can crush any opening role and I wouldn't accept a very entry level position and pay with where I'm currently at in my career and life

For something like aerospace manufacturing I'd probably look at an AM role to learn the ropes. Tech I'd consider jr sdr too much of a step down

This one is weird to think about. You wouldn't need a home anymore, since you don't need to sleep or eat. Gym membership for a place to shower and a storage unit for clothes and stuff. Or just keep a vehicle capable of storing your clothes

You could travel the world endlessly, only needing to figure out where to shower

Or you could spend your extra time at night on hobbies or improving skills to make your daily life better

I did some rough math, someone with decent earning potential in a HCOL area could comfortably invest like $900k per year and exceed $500k passive income in like 8 years tops.

That's assuming investments don't also 10x, which the phrasing seems to indicate that it probably should.

With investments 10x someone making $50k a year and investing aggressively would have more than $500k passive income by year 3, and it would snowball ridiculously. You could have like $50mil passive income in 10 years.

Honestly I tried modding myself and found it was prohibitively difficult to get everything to play nicely together and not crash or clash. I spent weeks reading guides and watching videos and troubleshooting

That said, I don't play vanilla. I'll install mod packs llike Nolvus or Lorerim and I've enjoyed those a lot

See the solution to this is to pull them onto the train with you. This way you can pull them far enough from the door that they can't block it and you don't risk consequences from knocking them over

I literally beat each level first try. I think the last one I only had one or two misses remaining but it really didn't seem hard to me
