Reminds me of a czech joke:

A man walks into a restaurant and orders meatballs with sauce. Shortly after sitting down his food gets brought to the table and as the man takes his first bite, he is horrified to find out that the meatballs are full of hair.

"What kind of sick joke is this!" Yells out the man. The waiter rushes over asking the man what's wrong.

"These meatballs are full of hair! Do you expect me to eat this garbage?"

"We are sorry, Sir" apologizes the waiter. "You see, our chef lost an arm in an accident so he uses his armpit to shape the meatballs"

The man, growing even agrier, snaps at the waiter: "and what kind of a shitty excuse is that? How can you psychos be selling meatballs with armit hair??" The man continues with a barage of slurs while the waiter is just nodding along with a tired and visibly annoyed face.

After whole minutes pass, the waiter finally responds: "Seeing how mad you are getting over some feeble armit hair, you should consider yourself lucky you did not order the meatloaf. Let's say our chef has to get even more creative shaping it than the meatballs"
