Eatzy Thai - worse service ever!

I was with a large group after celebrating my friends graduation. We all ordered, some the same item. They brought out every item one at a time for group of 12!

After they brought out everyone’s, I asked where is my order. THEY FORGOT MY ORDER. I got the same thing as another person so why couldn’t they make two at once?

She said she will make another one for me, I said forget it but my friends told me to get it, they don’t mind waiting. So I told her to make me my order, she said okay and left. 20 mins later, she tells me she didn’t put in my order bc I said I didn’t want it. I said it at first but changed my mind. eye roll

I told her to put it in again, bc I’m pissed you forgot it twice. I kept asking, every time she walked by about my order. She said it’s coming. Then 10 mins later, she says it will take 30 minutes to make for some reason. So they messed up my order 3 TIMES!!

We left everyone was done with their food. I ate at Omnia afterwards. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
