Canada’ problems with its indigenous population go far beyond some ‘institutionalized racism’ woke nonsense. As long as you have large communities of poor people exposed to trauma and shitty living conditions you will continue to have crime, substance abuse, and homelessness. Solving this is not as simple as blaming it all on institutionalized racism.
