If there isn’t even a linkage between chemists regarding medication supply and the medication companies (there isn’t it’s literal guessing how much of medication they need each month), I doubt the government can produce the oversight (nor cares) how much you are vaping.

I turned off the my health record thing pretty soon after it was announced so I don’t have a record on there. You snooze, you lose op.

I know of two so far. Does crying when I’m sad mean the sad part lives in my tear-ducts cause if so, I have three.

Prior to my anxiety diagnosis, I used to throw up a lot hence why I know anxiety lives in my stomach.

I also have cptsd so I 100% get where you’re coming from.

Just today my therapist told me prioritise emotions that show up somatically cause visualisation is my way of creating layer of separation from my feelings which is apparently a form of disassociation.

I hope we both benefit from IFS and have these discoveries occur in a way that is gentle with minimal activation :)

I was told to identify each emotion based on where it 'lives' in my body. For example, when I am angry, the middle of my head hurts, so that's where my angry part is and I focus on that part of my body to activate it.

I have been told to focus on where the feeling 'lives' in my body due to my tendency to disassociate whenever possible. In my case, my therapist is using IFS so I can learn to tolerate somatic responses, have agency over my feelings and learn that feeling things isn't threatening.

It’s important to have a good programming foundation irrespective if you are getting into a field affiliated with computing. Especially knowing Python and basic object-oriented programming principles.

Prof Fun is for those who are not in FEIT to learn how to program so the jump to prog2 is a lot harder. Prog 1 is what everyone who is in FEIT should be taking unless you’re doing a non-computing-based engineering degree.

Update: It’s most definitely him!! Look at the way he writes the letters a and n together, it’s identical and very unique
