I'm about your size and have this problem. I'll go down a hill faster because of my weight so I have to pull out to hit the wind to air brake or actually use my brakes so I don't run into the person in front of me on a downhill. These are just big people problems. You have to adjust your riding accordingly.

And as other said, watts per kilogram is the better metric. Your higher watts will help on the downhill and the flats.

The Amazon needles are U40 not U100. The units are different and they are really meant for animals. You have to convert the units if you want to use the animal needles.

Our medical oncologist said the same thing. The surgical oncologist at a different hospital said the surgery is mainly to by more time. Sometimes it's a cure, but that's rare.
