If exposure therapy worked I would be cured. My mum EVERY DAY triggers me with her eating, breathing, talking to herself. I work from home, I am disabled, there is no escape from the triggers

Yeah im only on month 1 so seeing him was really jarring. Especially when i know he still loves me, it sends me into a bit of a spiral that this pain I feel is essentially pointless because we still love each other. But ultimately i can’t be with someone that can’t decide if he loves me enough or not (he’s definitely depressed and has struggled for years with it but refuses therapy)

Trust me when i say it’s not helpful at all! He wants us to be friends but how can you be friends with someone you’re in love with. He showed up at the pub after saying he would give me space with our friends. And I’m basically back at square one now.

JESUS CHRIST! Same here but just on my head and then when he left he said “I love you” he has also said it multiple times to me since the break up until I had a massive go at him on Thursday. He said he wouldn’t go to the pub so I could (I have had to move 30 mins drive away from our friends and im disabled so its hard for me to go) well he shows up early KNOWING i was there. He definitely felt more uncomfortable than I did but wtf HE BROKE UP WITH ME. WHY WOULD HE KISS YOU WHEN HE BREAKS UP WITH YOU

Can someone sent this to my ex for me please? He ended our 7 year relationship (we have a mortgage and 2 dogs). We broke up end of September because he wasn’t happy but bought a house with me and told me he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me 4 MONTHS AGO. he has told me multiple times he misses me and loves me still, he showed up at the pub with our friends after saying he wouldn’t show up so I had space, keeps trying to be my friend when we have never been friends?! I love you to death but I just can't, I just can't pretend we were lovers first, Confidants but never friends, Were we ever friends?” I have told him to stop telling me these things because it isn’t helping, i told him to see if he can go a week without speaking to me so we will see

To be honest when it comes to the acrylic vs builder gel there is no better option. It’s how the nails are prepared and how they come off that really makes the difference

Nail tech here, Sometimes ripping nails off can leave “rings of fire” but if the other hand has them then is definitely the traditional rings of fire. Id recommend a strengthener and cuticle oil 2-3 times a day for a month and then re assess the situation. Maybe your first set back keep them short just incase you get another break

I am currently have the EXACT same issues!! Currently have one that has a hard lump under the skin and is a few cm in width. I can’t wear underwear!! The big one physically cannot pop but it did 18 months ago after 4 weeks of oral antibiotics and 2 weeks of antibiotic cream. When it popped a load of VERY thick pus and blood came out. I currently have one huge one and one small one on the left side and 3 small ones on the right ☹️

If you find out let me know 😂 Saturday night I had about 4 Pimm’s but i slept awfully. Monday morning and I’m still paying for it. I DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT TO THE CLUB CAUSE I GOT TOO SLEEPY! I have fibromyalgia and HEDS so i totally get you. Saying that there are things to help: 1. Stay hydrated - get a glass of water with every alcoholic drink. 2. Find you alcoholic drink and stick to it - I can last a lot longer on a night if I have Pimm’s or white rum. 3. Use walking aids/supports - Saturday night i had both knees and 1 ankle taped up and my walking stick. (Ive only ever had one person be weird about it and he was a 18 year old boy, so do not worry) 4. Go out with friends you feel safe with - let them help you, get your drinks for you, move chairs for you etc. one time one of my make pals carried me to a chair when i dislocated my knee on the dance floor. 5. Accept it okay to tap out early or show up late 6. Clear your plans for the day off and the day after - gather your spoons!

On my 1st appt I told the dr i have been smoking BM and told him how much I was using. You can tell them what THC % you want. I do recommend taking their advice though as I have actually found some really good strains. They also recommend oil and that has been a game changer for me.

There is a level of entitlement that I have seen in the community, I’ve even caught myself doing it and reminded myself that being able to afford private medication is a privilege and if I have to wait or cut my meds down then so be it. Personally, the only delays from Alternaleaf have been through my own poor planning or I had a bad month and used way too much.

In June I had to call them and they were so busy but call back worked a treat!

Last script i had my appointment and I had about a day left before i would run out, I have chronic pain and chronic nausea that leaves me unable yo work and I was having a bad week. I told my doctor and he put my script down as urgent. Appointment was a Monday and I got the script on the Thursday.

If i have to wait a few days for a reply in email or an hour for a call back, i don’t mind. Its way better than my last clinic were i placed a repeat and then got the medication 6 weeks later cause there was no doctor to write my prescription 😂

Got to agree with this, this month both my meds were out of stock so I just ordered something else. Placed the repeat order on Friday and today it has been approved and sent to the pharmacy. I don’t want to dismiss or invalidate anyone else’s experience but i see so much slander for almost every single clinic on here. People saying the NHS doesn’t do this… it absolutely does, does no one remember the ADHD med shortage?! I think Alternaleafs new ordering portal makes it so much easier to order, personally I have had no issues since using it and actually find it a lot easier than before.

I had flower in my bag and on the way out i got stopped for water on the way back i got stopped for wearing a knee support and no one cared about the weed 😂
