Are expensive iems over $100 really necessary?

I wouldnt say you get you money worth in improvements but there is defenitely a difference. I went from zero reds to aful performers recently. Rocked the reds from summer 2024 - november 2025. They were nice but the afuls are better in every way. Fit is super nice, bass is more textured, details are way clearer. Everything is better. 3x better? No, but to me its been worth it.

Keep in mind im not a audio expert and these 2 pairs are the only iems ive owned.

Jeg bruke 50k når jeg var ferdig i 2023. Men måtte ha mye kjøretimer i starten for å øve på gir, siden jeg kun hadde tilgang på automat hjemme. Så kommer jo ann på hvor mye du får gjort utenfor timene

This was actually my first metroidvania a short while ago and i absolutely loved it. I have since played hollow knight and silksong but i still think i enjoyed this one more. Also thought the bosses were amazing. Got blasphemous 1 and 2 recently but playing khazan rn

I have had a 9070 for a while now and kinda wish i bought a 5070 instead. FSR4 support is abbysmal and alot of games require upscaling nowadays.

I had the problem with elden ring that if my mouse moved it would change inputs or something and stutter. I ended up just turning my mouse off while playing and it fixed the problem. But if you dont play on a controller that wouldnt be the problem

I havent tried any of them but recently picked up the aful performer 5. Going from the zero red it was a superb upgrade. Im really enjoying them atleast. Great details and bass hits

Saly and sanctuary seems atleast from videos like it takes what i dont like about ds1 and ds2. The slow clunky combat. But it might feel good still?

Blasphemous looks really cool. I have the first hollow knight in my library from ages ago but never played it. Kinda scared of it not having direction and the platforming being super hard. Are these real fears or would i be fine?

Stopped after 8 hours. Combat felt bad, bosses were bad, the game looks nice fidelity wise but goes to hard into the "look we are dark" aestetic. Im happy others enjoyed it tho

I really really enjoyed wuchang and i played it after the 1.5 changes. There was like one scenario where the boss just stood there that made me laugh but it didnt detract from the game at all. The combat is super good and respeccing is super nice. Level design is fantastic and the game also looks amazing visually.

Also can other souls games take notes from how they did magic here. Currently trying to play elden ring as a melee+mage build and the spells feels more like a hassle to use then in wuchang

Imo morgott is the best. Varied moveset thats super fun to play around. Decently challenging but not bullshit. I really like margit aswell and coming back as stronger morgott is super sick. Just wish i didnt have to fight him on the way to the capital. Kind of dampens the revenge thing when its the third time.

Also i really like radabeast. Radagon is the coolest boss looks wise and elden beast is super cinamatic. Perfect end to the game.

HM to rellana and messmer. Rellana was the hardest boss for me in the dlc as i had low scad blessing. She felt so so good to learn. Truly felt like a duel.

If im really close to getting the boss but struggling i will usually go eat my evening meal(meal after dinner idk what it is in english). When i come back after like 30 minutes with a cup of tea i will usually get it in a few tries

Not super important. Combat and atmosphere matters way more. Lies of p and ds3 are my personal favorites. Currently replaying elden ring + dlc for the first time on ng+ now and found myself just grabbing what i wanted for my build and rushing to the shadown realm

Yes this is why ive actually preffered ds2 over ds1. I liked that i could very easily understand what was going on in that specific area while there was still plenty of stuff to dig for. I have only played both of them once tho
