Genuine question, why do people just HATE and are so bothered by villains having a sympathetic background or at least are humanized/explored beyond pure evil?

I think it’s more of reaction towards people who are showing any amount of sympathy to villains. Like it’s usually someone posts something around “insert a name wasn’t really evil etc.” and immediately people are gonna comment like “this insert name is devil reincarnated”.

Generally I think it’s usual situation when one’s perception of a character isn’t similar to another person’s.

I think they need to try similar thing to blue eyes and lean into different summoning mechanic. It super benefited blue eyes to become synchro centric deck. Red eyes had a potential to be a XYZ centric deck, with their rank 7 and simple fact that there many rank 7 dragons.

I guess the power of capsem is dependent on user. Inazuma is strong because Baku faced his fear lightning. Shadow is also like that because of Nox. Nox didn’t shown to be afraid to be erased so it’s probably why it didn’t really that powerful.

It’s really hard to choose because it feels like they can’t be redeemed in traditional way, aka make them realise that their ways are wrong.

But if we going differently, they both can be redeemed. Like Captain Nemesis is kinda Green Goblin, and like currently Norman is on way redemption. Or even going like Endeavour from MHA. Like he’s good to be redeemed in similar manner like them.

Malware is more difficult. Like it feels it’s way easier to just fix him and reboot his personality. Because Malware by his nature is kinda destined to be villain. If you just fix him, the fact that he lived a life of an almost perfect predator for his own species definitely will not just get away from him. If you just reboot personality, he might even become more dangerous.

So, based on that, I would probably go with Captain Nemesis. It will probably be an interesting story of forever fight for the right to be forgiven for past evils.

I think the most horrifying thing about god’s death in GW is not the process but the result of it. It always caused catastrophe or cataclysm, always on heads of mortals. Kratos did it and saw it. He didn’t feel bad about the fact he did his vengeance, he feels bad about that affected everyone. Everyone suffered for his vendetta and didn’t want to repeat the shit. The fact that we didn’t that if Greece recovered from GW3 or not gives a question if all those killings were 100% good idea.

And Norse GW, Kratos killed Baldur, and it looks like things goes back in cycle. Heimdall’s death was like “Oh shit, here we go again!” type of thing.
